What do you need from me to get started?
Typically, I will always need access to your WordPress Dashboard (As an Admin), your Hosting Account and FTP access. If you don’t know your FTP access, your Hosting info will be fine.
Why can’t I just pay for the month
to build me a new website?
Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. Support Services are priced with existing websites in mind. See starting website rates here
What is the recommended plan for my website?

Does this include Multisite and BuddyPress Services?
No. These rates are for single WordPress Websites. BuddyPress and Multisite Service and Support require different rates.
How fast is support time?
Anytime from immediately, to within the hour M-F, 9-5pm. And can usually execute support from within 5 minutes to within 24 hours, depending on the issue. Weekend support can also be available.
