• Consistently maintain a +95% SLA by meeting or exceeding performance targets, including 97% FCR, 6 min AHT, 95%+ adherence and compliance, and excellent QA and TL reviews.
• Hardware support including Windows, Mac, iPad, Android devices.
• Application support including RX Home, Citrix, Medco, Control Center, Bluezone, CyberArk, RSA Console, VPNs, VDIs, & MS Office apps.
• Hands on with SSO, OKTA, & AD access and password management.
