Whether you need WordPress Support, Marketing Help, Digital Security Consulting, or all of the above my rates are time based allowing you to mix & match support areas however you wish.
You can pay as you go by the hour, or take advantage of discounted blocks of hours for longer projects or long term, on call support.
No contracts • No Commitments • No Credit Card info is stored.
Consulting, Training, & general brain picking is done via Phone, Email, or Go To Meeting.
Hands on support, troubleshooting and maintenance may require administrative access (username & password) to your website dashboard, hosting, or social media accounts.
Great for quick tasks, or technical issues,
that can be handled in one day.

Great for professionals, organizations & agencies who need on call priority support.
My hourly rate is $75hr. with min one hour in advance. Support packages are blocks of hours at a discounted rate in exchange for advanced payment. No work starts until you actually put the hours on account. There are no exceptions.
Weekend availability is not guaranteed. If a project timeline requires it both I and the client will have discussed and agreed to it in advance. Emergency service and support is available Mon-Fri 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST.
What are your hours of operation ?
I’m here answering phones & support emails Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PT). If you need weekend service, that’s something we can discuss.
Does this mean I get priority service?
Of course. Whenever possible I may even complete your work orders on the same day depending on the difficulty of the task, & what time of day the work request is submitted. It’s best to speak to me first to determine if my availability meets your needs before you purchase any time.
How is my time tracked ?
Time is tracked in 15 minute increments. I will keep track of your tasks, work orders & the time used for each as I’m completing them. You can request an update with how much time you have left on account at any time to help you keep track. You may also add hours at any time.
What kind of contracts or commitments are required?
None. Since you are paying for services as you need them, there are no contracts. You can come & go as you please.
Why do I have to pay in Advance?
For hourly support only 1 hour is billed in advance. If additional hours are needed it’s discussed with you first before proceeding. There’s a (1) hour minimum. 1/2 hour billing is available when the time is consecutive.
Support packages are a block of hours (8, 12, & 16 Hours) at a reduced rate in exchange for securing the time in advance. If you prefer to be billed by the hour at the normal rate, that is no problem.
Can I just buy a support package for a new website if I just want something simple?
If all you need is help with installation, set up & you’ll take it from there then a support package would be appropriate.
Otherwise, no. You cannot use a support package to have a new website built, nor for redesigns, or new WordPress theme designs, new installations or configuration. New website projects are packaged at a flat rate (50/50) that covers all previously discussed deliverables & expected time to completion.
How will I be billed?
I accept all major credit & debit cards & Bitcoin.
Invoices are emailed via Pay Pal invoice which can be paid with either your Pay Pal account or any major credit or debit card via the guest check out. I do not store your credit cards or personal information.

Hands on support requires administrative access to whatever it is that I’m troubleshooting or maintaining including website admin access (username & password), hosting & social media accounts.
How is Consulting & Training done?
Consulting, Training, & general brain picking is done via Phone, Email, Skype, or Go To Meeting. Which ever you prefer or is appropriate for the situation. Each 1 hour session is scheduled in advance at a time that is convenient for you.
How do I submit work orders?
Good old fashioned email seems to work best for everyone. You’ll send your work orders to support@haroldmansfield.com, where you will receive an almost immediate confirmation that I’ve received it, & an ETA to completion of the task.
